One of my favorite horses...Happy birthday to you!!<br /><br />One of my favorite horses ever was the thoroughbred <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Henry_%28horse%29" rel="nofollow">John Henry</a>. <br /><br />He was small, (no getting around it) super ugly, and often had a bad attitude as well. <br /><br />Though small, he had a stride of 25.5 feet - Man o'War was 28 and Secretariat 24.<br /><br />He was also the most hard working, determined race horse ever - raced until the age of nine, and winner of 6.5 million dollars, he lived to the ripe old age of 32. <br /><br />Pretty is as pretty does.
